Lori Harper, Executive Director

In February of 2015, I-PLUS hired  Executive Director, Lori Harper. Lori has twenty years of experience in the non-profit sector serving at-risk populations. Prior to I-PLUS, Ms. Harper was the Operations Manager for HealthReach, an organization which provided high quality medical and dental care, as well as medications, for uninsured low income individuals from a variety of backgrounds. Prior to HealthReach, Lori worked in Youth Ministry at the United Methodist Church of Libertyville, providing guidance, support and empowerment to teenagers. She also has a diverse history of volunteerism that has furthered her experience in social services, including working with the homeless through PADS and the Night Ministry, and work both inside and outside the United States with Habitat for Humanity and medical missions to underprivileged communities.

Felicia Holland, Program Coordinator
Felicia began working at I-PLUS in February 2011.  Prior to joining the I-PLUS staff, Felicia spent 10 years working as a trademark administrator for Cardinal Health.  Felicia obtained her paralegal certificate from Roosevelt University in 1989.

Debra Pergl, Bookkeeper
Debbi came to I-PLUS to help transition our antiquated bookkeeping system to a more efficient system. Intended as a temporary position, she quickly loved working with our clients as much as they like her! Debbi comes to us with a wide range of business skills including office management and bookkeeping as well as a Human Resource background.


Volunteers are welcome at I-PLUS. Both staff and volunteers attend  workshops and in-service programs to appropriately prepare them to work with I-PLUS clients.  I-PLUS volunteer training includes an initial orientation program and ongoing supervision.    The I-PLUS executive director conducts an annual performance evaluation for staff and volunteers.  The Executive Director is evaluated by the I-PLUS Board of Directors on a semi-annual basis.
